Prices are quoted for a week`s stay and are
inclusive of electricity, water, gas and final cleaning.
From October to May different lengths of stay are possible (week-ends
and on a daily basis).
The apartments are equipped with crockery
and linen (one change per week). This is household linen, beach towels
are not provided.
Arrivals are on Saturdays after 4 pm, departures before 10 am on the
following Saturday.
The booking is considered confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit.
The difference is to be paid within 30 days of arrival, except in
exceptional circumstances.
